Turks and Caicos Islands BWI	Leeward is a 425-acre residential resort community on the northeast tip of Providenciales in the Turks & Caicos Islands. The property's northern shore is bordered by the turquoise waters of Grace Bay, which is protected by a magnificent coral reef. Beyond the reef, a natural sea wall plummets 8,000 feet to the depths of the Atlantic Ocean, creating a dramatic contrast of deep blue water.   Leeward, bordered to the east by the Leeward-Going-Through-Channel, has an internal canal system serving homesites on this portion of the property. The community features an excellent array of private homesites, including a superb offering of canal-front sites. These provide direct boat access to the beautiful waters beyond.   Leeward's present Marina, located on the, Leeward-Going-Through-Channel on the eastern side of the property, features boat rentals and charters in addition to fueling, and a dinning facility. Future plans include major additions to the existing Marina facility.
